    1 cup franks to 4 tablespoons butter (4 tablespoons of butter makes 1/4 cup of melted butter) — so the ratio is 4:1

    Bflo. Ckn Dip the Buffalo, NY Way

    10 oz can of ckn
    1/2 cup of ranch or blue cheese dressing
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup hot sauce
    8 oz cream cheese

    Heat all ingredients in a pot on the stove.
    Transfer to a small crock pot to keep it hot during the party.

    Or cook it in the crock pot right from the start.

    You should try it in layers too, real good.
    From bottom to top:
    cream cheese
    shredded chicken mixed with hot sauce of your choice (i prefer anchor bar sauce)
    cream cheese
    cheddar cheese

    This would then be heated in oven.

    well on the bottle it says a half stick of butter and a cup of hot sauce but thats way to mild for me i use a cup of hot sauce a qaurter stick of butter and a third of a cup of ground cayyane pepper

    Crystal is good too. Mine just seems to always come out a bit too tangy and hot. I guess I always seem to put a bit too much hot sauce in the mix.

    i use pretty much …
    i use pretty much the same recipe… i soften the cream cheese and spread it on the bottom of the pan, boil the chicken, dice it, add hot sauce, butter, mayonnaise, and good blue cheese dressing, mix all that together poor it over the cream cheese then top it all with mozzarella. when the mozzarella starts to get a little brown take it out the oven and eat it before someone else does
