Those of you who aren’t sure about this recipe (or are still thinking about trying) should go ahead and make this dish – I’ve tried it, and it’s delicious! Dim & Cathy Geefay: thank you for sharing this awesome recipe! I’ve tried cooking fried rice using many different recipes and techniques before, and none turned out as great as this one. Plus, this is very easy to make.

when rice is …
when rice is recooked in oil it is concidered ‘fried’ to asians. Westerners concider ‘fried’ as something soaked in hot fat like french fries or fried chicken. You don’t have to soak the food in hot fat to be concidered ‘fried’. It is just one step higher than sauteed.
