I agree. I hate it when chefs get up their own arse going about ‘if you don’t do it their way, then it’s not the proper way’ so snobbish! People cook and tweak and put their own accent on things and we can all learn from each other, just as chefs do so they have no business looking down their noses at our cooking.

She hasn’t got the time to be really detailed. She has to cook quickly because she has a limited timeslot. She is a good cook I have seen her on TV on Cable and her food is lovely.
