It was not about racism it was in reply to a comment which did not concern you. TTYM, I have had an amazing education, sounds like you never have. Oh because Whites and Blacks are also Americans, as they’ve both been there about the same time, and the country was built off the backs of slaves not Whites. So again, what is real American, the Indians who were killed and chased from their land! I just hate when I hear uneducated people use this term.

Heya BarbecueWeb. Thanks for the idea on the bambo, I usually use it when i roast turkeys (easier that string) You have to check out my ultra quicky recipe for Jerk Ckiken. Your recipe is halfway to being Jerk, it just lacks cloves and nutmeg, maybe a little brown sugar.
