   Incase your wondering, in this vid he is boiling the meat. What you need to do is fry the meat in the spiced oil for 20 mins then add the tomatoes! After you seal the meat you can add water or tomatoes & cover for next 40mins!^^

   This is a typical English cuury! Spices, chilli’s should go in after onions are browned. so that they blend into the oil!
   Tomatoes after 45 mins cooking the meat…! But good example of a european curry dish!
