I just saw you on Secret Lives of Women and you should definately publish your daily menus….like myself, I imagine there are a lot of people out there that just can’t wrap their mind around making so many menus and having them shown by an everyday person who has been successful is inspirational! The recipe looks great! You could cut out a lot of calories by using less oil. You really dont need 4 TBSP of oil for that much chicken.

Let me just say I …
Let me just say I have tried this recipe and it is absolutely wonderful. I’m on a calorie counting diet and this recipe fits right in. Thank you so much fatty2slim. It is actually a very low fat recipe, and I think I may try cutting down on the oil to maybe 2-3 tablespoons instead of 4. I used canola oil which is lower in fat than some. You have done so well on your weight loss I’m really inspired by you. i hope you’ll keep posting great recipes like this one.

in jamaican indian curry anything, we put the curry powder in the oil. , no tomatoes and we sometimes add things like carrots and potatoes
