Hi fatty2slim, I am new to your blog and you are encouraging me keep up with losing weight, last year I began my diet using medifast but quit, it cost a lot of money and then I get sick of the same food….I lost at least more than 35lbs without working out but recently I’ve gained like around 15 lbs which I hate…anyways I was wondering how are you losing your weight so quickly…how long do you work out and how many days out of the week…..do you eat anything special to keep you full?
