great job! realy …
great job! realy like that u didn’t use flour to coat the chicken befor cooking. This looks like a easy and healthier orange chicken. Using marmalade would be 2 overly sweet, and not healthy. And oh my god YES scootskitchen u MUST be blind!! Thanks mel keep cooking.

Orange Marmalade …
Orange Marmalade would be good, but if your trying to keep it healthy, you don’t want to exactly add a sugary mixture…

The reason this is …
The reason this is label ‘Healthy Orange Chicken’ is because the person DIDN’T coat and fry the chicken. Frying anything in oil (even canola) can add calories. Not to mention if you need to watch your cholesterol levels. By doing this ‘stir-fry’ version it makes it much healthier. Exercise alone doesn’t make you healthy, eating and exercise right makes you healthy. But, you gotta find the right healthy recipes first. Thanks Mel4576 for sharing!

2 add to that you …
2 add to that you should coat and fry your chicken first. If you’re looking to be healthy use sunflower or canola oil or how about use regular good old fashioned oil and after dinner get off your butt and walk around the neighborhood. Any who Thanks and enjoy
