This is Somalian orange chicken, right? Because I think the way the Chinese make it, the chicken is battered and fried. Nice cooking show.

    Here is another …
Here is another bulshit 2destroy Africa:

Researchers believe that African Americans (AA) n African(A) Immigrants r predisposed 2developing diabetes. Research suggests that A A n recent A immigrants have inherited a \”thrifty gene\” from their A ancestors.

This gene may have enabled Africans 2use food energy more efficiently during cycles of feast and famine. Now, with fewer cycles of feast and famine…

be smart: eat whole variety food, avoid proccessing, prepackage, sugary, salty,

Hello chef Abdiaziz, this looks real good and I’m thinking of making it for my family but I’m unclear of one thing and that is the *parsley* you said we should use parsley and called it Somali *kamasaro caleen* but I thought *cilantro* was our kamasaro so if you could please clarify that for me I would appreciated it

    I thought your …
I thought your intentions were good, how ever your cooking skills were out of touch and u did not mention the length of time needed to cook. And u r lacking both Languages(English and Somali) I wish u stuck with one….even though I could not understand neither nor why u didn’t wear apron, and don’t forget to write the ingredients precisely on the screen or on the wall if u prefer..lol. Plz understand that with out a criticism there’s no improvement. I want ur success not ur loss!
