I suck at cooking due to my inexperience in the area, and today my mom wants me to cook chicken breasts. I always burn myself when I sue a frying pan, so do you know of an easy recipe where I can cook the chicken in the oven?? I have to cook for 4 people. Thank you!!!!
Take chicken breasts and dip them in beaten egg and then in crushed Ritz crackers. Put them in a baking pan and bake them at 350 for 30 minutes. Then mix a can of cream of mushroom soup with a 1/2 cup of water until it’s smooth and pour over the breasts. Bake another 30 minutes. You’ll get baked chicken breasts that are tasty and moist.

Crispy baked chicken
Set up:
1/2 cup flour seasoned with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper on a plate
2 large eggs, whisked with some vermouth, vodka, milk or water in a bowl
2 cups panko breadcrumbs with a big pinch of salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan on a plate
Method
Heat oven to 375. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil on a baking sheet with sides.
Rinse the chicken with cold water and pat dry. Remove the tenderloin and pound the breasts to an even thickness. Dust lightly with seasoned flour, float in the egg wash, coating completely, then press into the panko breadcrumbs on one side, flip and press the panko into the other side, make sure it is completely coated.
Place the chicken on the baking sheet and then flip over so both sides have some of the oil.
Bake in the hot oven, 18 minutes, flipping half way through the cooking time

Crumble up some corn flakes into tiny pieces and set aside. With a rubber spatula, cover the chicken breasts with yogurt, preferably plain but flavored if that’s all you have. Sprinkle the crushed corn flakes evenly over the chicken breasts. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and bake them for approximately 45 minutes. When you check them cut one open to be very sure there are no pink spots left in the meat. If you don’t have corn flakes by the way, you can use bread crumbs. Have fun cooking!

Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms
"Chicken is browned and simmered with marinated artichoke hearts, mushrooms, white wine and capers. A simple, savory aromatic treat."
INGREDIENTS:
4 skinless, boneless chicken
breast halves
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 (14 ounce) can marinated quartered artichoke hearts,
drained, liquid reserved
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup white wine
1 tablespoon capers
DIRECTIONS:
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown chicken in oil and butter for 5 to 7 minutes per side; remove from skillet, and set aside.
2. Place artichoke hearts and mushrooms in the skillet, and sauté until mushrooms are brown and tender. Return chicken to skillet, and pour in reserved artichoke liquid and wine. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
3. Stir in capers, and simmer for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat; serve immediately.
