Khobzzozitun – You …
Khobzzozitun – You greeted with Salaam that means you are Muslim? If so, Asalaamu alaikum but may Allah forgive you: Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah’s Messenger said, “I warn you of suspicion, for suspicion is the most false form of talk.” You have no right to accuse the poster of any wrong doing, please be careful. And the word is spelled “case” just fyi. Ma salaama.

Sorry to say, but there are no define recipes.
You just learn cooking marrocan food by being in a marrocan household.
I’ll try to get my mom to teach me some tajines and other recipes as i’m growing older and I’ll probably head out of the house soon.
Or I’ll just marry a marrocan girl who an cook

I don’t remember …
I don’t remember its Moroccan name but is it made out of clay (ceramic) you fill it with the same charcoal you use for barbecues and cook in it in the same way . The Spanish name is anafre ( Although the anafres i’ve seen in Puerto Rico are made of metal, not clay)

I agree with those …
I agree with those who say that Chicken tagine with potatoes (and carrots) is typical – certainly in Essaouira and Marrakech, so perhaps there are regional differences. I certainly found that despite chicken with preserved lemons and olives seeming to be the most famous, due to the amount of available recipes, I did not find it to be as commonly available as the variety with potatoes and carrots.

FYI I sent over …
FYI I sent over $100 a month to an artist in Morocco as a donation all last year, and previsouly as well while making no profits on my website! His mother is the one cooking in the videos and she is in Morocco and Moroccan and if she wants to cook with potatoes in her tagine that must make it Moroccan! So how did I make a buck? Check My tax records and I make no money off my site I am a humanitarian. You should do something to help Morocco and not be rude to people you do not know.
