@baiboo I which state do U live. Chicken from Tyson and Perdu is not raised with steriods. I agree the quality of Asian meat shops is not good at all. Please let me in which state do u live? I can guide u better. Thanks

@Bajiascooking I agree. In the USA it’s so hard to find hormone and anti biotic free chickens. If you get meat from “halal” meat shops, those in my experience are the worst as the butchers don’t know the source of the chicken and what they have been fed.

Na ji, Onions kache nahi rehte. Daal ke bas 2 min pakana hai, phir aag band kar deni hai aur dhak de na hai. And its done. Crushed tomatoes se banana, kamaal bane ga.

It is whole fresh hormone free chicken from the butcher. Usually come in large size I ask them to cut in small peaces and packet them in half. Supermarket chicken has a terrible smell in it. I cant eat that.

Where from do you source your cut chicken. Cut chicken is not available at Red Lea, Coles or Woolworths. Do you get it from your butcher ?

It came out really tasty… Except I added a little bit more salt than required but that was my mistake..
