Nicko makes the perfect main course for your Christmas table – Roast Chicken
Ingredients:
1 large whole chicken
2 lemons
Season to your taste
But Nicko used:
Paprika
Chicken Spice
Portuguese chicken spice
Cayenne Pepper
BBQ seasoning
Salt and Pepper
Baby potatoes and red onion to roast as well with Chicken

Hehehehe.. I like your attitude! LOL It’s not that he WON’T cook.. he’s just not the best cook in the world, and he’d be the first to admit it. He helps me out when i’m doing something kinda complicated or time consuming though. I may have to make him watch your vids though!
