Ahhh I can’t be bothered reading all the comments, but if you want to see it cooked repeatedly, watch the j-drama “Lunch Queen”. The whole series is practically about omurice with demiglace sauce. Because of that, I tried making it myself. It teaches you how to wrap the egg around the fillings properly.
