the batter:
1 c. …
the batter:
1 c. flour
1 c. cold water
1/4c. corn starch
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
Let that sit for about an hour in the fridge.
This is a basic sesame sauce, I add about a tsp of red vinegar to mine, but that is my personal preference just like this recipe is what this guys likes. Its a wonderful base to start with and tweak later
