Feel like having roasted chicken for dinner but don’t have the hour or so it takes to make it? Check out my recipe for Cornish game hen cooked on a panini press. It’ll satisfy the craving, and it takes less than 15 minutes to prepare.

Good stuff man! Do you have videos anywhere else other than youtube? Have you released any books?

    We Mexicans LOVE …
We Mexicans LOVE these things, we call em godornices – the cornish game hen, that is. We usually BBQ them or fry em up, they fry pretty well.

Great recipe and good idea cutting out the spine. I like the EVO on the godorniz, nice touch :D

    All three stores …
All three stores should carry game hens. If the larger markets don’t have them fresh, look for them in the freezer section. They’re still a good product. Hope that helps.

    I tried this 2 days …
I tried this 2 days ago and it came out great on a George Foreman Grill! If you brine the hens for an hour before grilling, they come out especially juicy.
