Melt 2 Tablespoons of butter, 1 large chopped onion, 2 large chopped carrots,one roasted chicken deboned, season- salt, pepper,garlic, 1 bag of Yellow Rice.

    Thanks, if the rice needs a little more cooking just put the lid back on for a few more min. so don’t leave the lid off to long while checking.
