Everyone makes their chicken adobo different. Flavors may vary depending on ingredients used. The main ingredients of chicken adobo are vinegar and soy sauce. I like to add garlic to mine to give it that extra kick! :)

The ingredients I used:
– Chicken Wings (I usually make pork adobo. Its tastier hehe!)
– Garlic
– Vinegar (I chose Apple Cider vinegar, it gives more flavor)
– Soy Sauce (Kikkoman brand. Sometimes I use Knorr seasoning soy sauce.. I’m not sure if your local Safeway or Raley’s has it, but you can go to an Asian market and get one)
– Bay Leaves

That’s it! The ingredients are very simple. I cook chicken adobo all the time cause its quick and easy to make. Have a request? Message or leave a comment. Enjoy! (^_^)

I don’t use pepper!! Like I said in my info box.. EVERYONE has their own way of cooking it. This is MY way and I don’t like pepper because I have people in my household who hate pepper, but thanks for your reply though. I’m sure your way is probably “The Best.”
