    Wow some of those …
Wow some of those mistakes were kinda picky (like me and my wife and not mentioning the Green Onion).

Don’t worry; in my first video I was trying to explain the way I cook eggie in a basket to be more of an over hard style while others leave the yolk uncooked to be more like an over easy/medium style and I totally said “Others cook it more like an over medium or over hard, but I prefer to make sure the yolk gets cooked all the way through.” I also kept calling the dish eggie in a “BLANKET.”

    Don’t know if this …
Don’t know if this counts or not, but when referring to the cheese you said “So if you get a square like we bought.” The cheese was a wedge which is part of a wheel (not a square).

Also, the chicken seems like it would be excellent to place over pasta. Like a simple alfredo sauce.

    I must say I wasn’t …
I must say I wasn’t impressed with the finished product at the end as I thought the portion of chicken allocated looked a bit meagre. Also you could have served any other vegetable portion along with peas & potatoes i.e. carrots or broccoli so the plate would have looked very filling & tasty with equal portions of chicken, peas, potatoes & any other vegetable.

Even top chefs can make mistakes like you do after all!

    It was washed very …
It was washed very carefully. In an attempt to make it down to the 10 minute youtube limit a lot of incidentals had to be cut out. I tried to make a big deal out of being careful with the chicken at the beginning. Thanks for the note. :-) rob b
