    Cleaning is easy, …
    Cleaning is easy, since the guts are stainless. Spray the insides (inside of the lid too) with PAM (or other veg. spray) and use a rag to clean it up.

    I think the Cobb is …
    I think the Cobb is a great Idea for cooking with out gas looks light weight and portable.. It even looks like it can be on the space station lol … I need to get one Cause I love smoked meats.
