Bajia I made the weekend. Taste was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. My only concern was that the chicken had a little bit of smell. I cooked it in the oven. Do you think I needed to cook the chicken more and let the water in it dry more?

Thank you:) I made it with little chicken boties on slakhain yesterday BBQ them, enjoyed it really. I grinded ginger and garlic equally in grinder with 1/6th cup of water and 1/3 cup lemon juice and sifter it pressed it with spoon to get the max the juice came out was thick then I added chili powder and the rest. As long as you know the basics then you always get the 100% results in cooking.

Sorry I have no idea how to make ice-cream. One of my friend gave me QULFI recipe but it was thick and heavy so I wont recommend that. I am not a person who could call a sausage seekh kabaab) recipes must be right, practical and quick. I loved one desert its made with biscuit base, thickened cream condensed milk, strawberries and walnuts. It goes to the freezer to set and its like ice-cream. Thats a wonderful dish to learn. Will find time to do that for you.
