Make it as you …
Make it as you would a traditional gravy, BUT use butter as your oil. Use med-low heat & melt butter [do not burn your butter] in a pan then add flour–it will look kind of pasty as it combines. Then pour in milk slowly and whisk/stir until thickened to your liking. Milk is what makes it white. Add salt/pepper and season to taste. You can also use some of the drippings in the pan from the cordon bleu to add flavor, that is what I did.

ang sarap naman po niyan….madali pang gawin,Yes pwedeng i-fry din yan make sure sa butter or olive oil with low heat fire.then after frying in the same pan you put a little bit of flour,fresh milk,toyo salt and pepper to taste…then may gravy kana for chicken cordon bleu.

is the paprika spicy? and do u take request on how too cook something, i really like pinapaitan i dont know how to spell it im hoping you could understand it when u say it but ill ask my husband later how to spell it.
