are those small deep fryers good for cooking chicchicken wings? I want to save some extra cash from going out for wings.

Anyone know how long i should cook the wings in there on a certain temp?

Yep, they work well, if you don’t mind the extra fat content…I buy frozen wing sections in 4 lb bags, frozen for like $8…you don’t have to thaw them but you have to fry them like 20 mins. on the highest setting to get them done inside, then throw some sauce on them…the oil stays good for a long time, too…almost forgot…make SURE there are no ice crystals on them (or anything you put in it), cause it will boil the oil over and can cause a fire…

You should bake wings in the oven. I cook mine at 425ish. They are much healthier, since you can drain off the fat. Or leave it on for more taste ;) Just keep them in there until golden and crispy on both sides. I think its about 15-20 minutes from raw.

I prefer to bake my wings in a hot oven (420 degrees for 20 min) then finish cooking them on the grill to make them crispy. They are a bit healthier this way too.
