In case anyone here doesn’t know, Scholastic has released this and a few other stories on dvd. i dont’ know if it’s for sale individually or if you have to buy the set though (there were about 10 dvds of childrens stories in the set we have at school).

read my latest comment: ATTENTION I have been playing the store bought tape (I got a used copy where you least expect it) and so far on the recording this has not appeared. Also if you really wanna be entertained, GET THIS FROM AMAZON and listen to the whole thing!!! it is FUNNY!!! I found this tape at a comic book store that now stocks records, cd’s, VHS, and used tapes. THEY HAVE THIS “REALLY ROSIE” and I have been ignorant of it for all these years. Have you ever heard the whole thing???

a lot of things …
a lot of things happened. I just found a store bought tape USED of the soundtrack for “Really Rosie”. if I had enough space I could tell stories!!! about the Maurice Sendak stories, realization and I was in Kindergarden in 1979, I was in the 1st grade 1980, I was in 2nd grade 1981, and in 2nd grade I found that “Chicken Soup With Rice” by Carole King, along with other stuff that had been going on since kindergarden. i swear there is a …
i swear there is a 45 rpm of this with part 1 on one side and part 2 on the other. i have multiple copies -on ODE & SCHOLASTIC records-of the “CSWR” & “Pierre” record…and I swear I have never seen “Really ROsie” but i did see the ‘cartoon’ for Pierre somewhere as a child. I am planning on getting REALLY ROSIE soundtrack on store bought tape at a comic store. WOW!!!
