Executive Chef Paolo Lafata shows you how to prepare one of Olive Garden’s most popular dishes. Inspired by recipes from the heart of Tuscany, the dish features herb-seasoned chicken breasts sautéed with oven-roasted garlic, sweet roasted red peppers and spinach. It is finished with a white wine and garlic cream sauce and tossed with curly fettuccine, known as eleiche or mafaldina in Italian. It’s sure to be a favorite with your family! Great dish. I made …
Great dish. I made the pasta last night, I make it without a machine, although I do have one coming, adds a nice touch fresh pasta. I followed as much as I could, if you noticed he doesn’t measure anything and doesn’t mention how much to use, which may be a good thing. It came out really good. The garlic had a nice nutty flavor and you could taste the complexity, for such a simple dish it had a lot of flavor. For those that found it bland, you could try using more garlic.
