I have some Fried Chicken patties in the oven right now. I want to make chicken parmesan. Will tomatoe paste work or should I use tomato sauce. And is mozzarella cheese or parmesan cheese right?
I know its parmesan chicken but some of the other recipes on here have mozarella cheese as one of the ingrediants so thats why im not sure.
When the patties are almost done place a slice of mozzarella of provolone cheese on top of each patty and melt the cheese. Serve with tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce on top.
