Ginger Chicken Recipe

    You can use beef, …
    You can use beef, but be careful not to overcook it. Just stir fry the beef until it is lightly pink inside, then remove it. Add the hot chili garlic sauce, sugar and fish sauce and reduce it down, then return the beef to the sauce :)
