@Chantzehao unless you use a spoon to pour the sauce on the brush and then put on the chicken. then you could use uncontaminated sauce straight from the bowl.
a new brush will still have to be used of course

About the brush, …
About the brush, you should also note that you should use a different bowl of basting sauce too, since the “raw chicken brush” will have touched that basting sauce and made it contaminated too.
Then again, I suppose most people don’t care
