    when i was a beginner at cooking i too felt the same.. but when u keep cooking regularly u understand the amounts.. also u never bcom a good cook if u want to know the exact amounts.. moreover every ingredient varies in amount while he cooks and u cook.. and also the pepper he uses may be more spicier than what you have.. so, i think he s doing his best.. i think its better he does not give the exact amounts of each spice

    it would be better …
    it would be better if the chef says the amount of ingredient to add : for example, “add 1 teaspoon of pepper powder” instead of “add little bit of pepper powder”. For beginners like me, i dont know what the “little bit” means…:)

    its because indo-chinese dishes r made with both chinese and indian ingredients. You wont find these dishes in China and in India you would find these dishes under chinese menu. Its complicated.

    ajinomoto is a healthy substitute, its just a myth that ajinomoto can cause bad to your health but it gives the umami taste (5th taste) to your foods …
